Omada Identity Security Tour

Utrecht - 12 May 2026

The Benelux region has been home to some of our most engaged and longest-standing customers. Organizations here have always pushed us to think harder, build better, and stay honest about what identity security actually requires in practice.

This is a chance to get together, compare notes with peers from across the region, and have a direct conversation with the Omada team about what's coming next. You will also have the opportunity to meet Omada’s new CEO, Jakob H. Kraglund. We look forward to welcoming you.

Why attend?

Real stories from Omada customers at every stage of their Identity Security journey. Hear what they tackled, how they approached it, and what they'd do differently.

Get an early look at the product roadmap straight from the team building it. Ask your questions, share your priorities, and help shape what comes next.

Our technology and implementation partners will be on hand and ready to answer questions on integrations, deployment, and best practices.

11:30-12:00 | IdentIT: Three Conversations to Have Before You Sign

Most IGA projects don't fail because of the technology, they fail because the right conversations happened too late. In this session, IdentIT's Mathieu walks through three conversations every organisation should have before signing an implementation contract: with HR, to turn JML from a technical exercise into a documented business process; with application owners, to separate realistic scope from wishful thinking; and with IT operations, to ensure IGA and your service management landscape are designed to work as one. Practical, opinionated, and grounded in what we see going wrong (and right) in the market today.

Speaker: Mathieu Ahlstrom, Business Unit Manager Netherlands, IdentIT

12:00-12:30 | Scaling Identity Security Panel: Insights from Leading Implementation Partners

The panel features experts from Cegeka, Traxion, and Praktiga.

Panel moderated by Elias Jensen, Director, Global Architect Practice, Omada

Breakout Sessions

Track 1

13:15–13:45 | Customer Case Study: Driving Identity Transformation at ECO3

Jonathan will discuss real-world experience and learnings from these implementations, and some of the pitfalls he has encountered. When time allows he is easily distracted into reminiscing about IT Operations in remote sites from West Africa to Siberia, and interviewing while off-roading in India.

Speaker: Jonathan Barnett-Neefs, IT Operations & Service Delivery Manager, ECO3

13:45–14:15 | From Complexity to Clarity: Avans’ Access Governance Transformation

This session shares the story of a rollout in progress: why Avans chose this direction, how the delegation model and supporting processes are being shaped in Omada, and the design choices and early considerations emerging along the way.

Speaker: Led Hilderink, IGA Consultant, Fortigi

14:15-14:45 | Processes, Politics & Technology: Securing MUMC+’s EMR System (Fortigi)

This session explores how MUMC+ is working to secure and manage access to its most critical system: the Electronic Medical Records (EMR). We’ll share real-world challenges across processes, organizational dynamics, and technology, and how these impact identity governance in a healthcare environment. While the solution is not yet live, the journey already offers valuable lessons for organizations dealing with complex, high-stakes systems.

Speaker: Rob Bosma, Founding Member, Fortigi

Track 2

13:15–13:45 | From IGA Go‑Live to IGA Value: How to Make Omada Stick (and Scale) (Cegeka)

In this 30‑minute sponsor session, Cegeka will share practical, real‑world insights on how organizations can turn an Omada go‑live into a sustainable Identity Governance capability that delivers measurable value over time. Based on field experience across complex IGA programs, the session focuses on why many implementations stall after initial delivery, and how to avoid this by designing Omada for adoption, operational ownership, and audit‑ready governance from day one.

Key topics include defining value beyond technical go‑live, selecting a governable MVP scope, making access reviews actionable for the business, embedding exception governance, and establishing a clear operating model aligned with Omada Process+ and Project+. Attendees will leave with concrete patterns and actionable next steps they can apply immediately in their own Omada programs, regardless of where they are in their IGA journey.

Speaker: Koen Laan, Global Solution Architect & Presales Cybersecurity Consultant, Cegeka

13:45–14:15 | From Strategy to Execution (CyberSphinx)

In this joint customer session, Dura Vermeer and CyberSphinx share how a careful strategic assessment and a structured implementation methodology resulted in the rapid and successful deployment of the Omada Accelerator Package.

Rather than approaching Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) as purely a technical implementation, the project started with a deliberate evaluation of business objectives, governance requirements, operational processes, and long-term scalability. This strategic foundation enabled Dura Vermeer to make a well-considered platform and roadmap decision.

Using the CyberSphinx ARGUS 6C Methodology — from assessment and strategic alignment to implementation, coaching, and operational care — the accelerator package was implemented in a remarkably short timeframe while maintaining strong governance and quality control.

An important success factor in the project was the close collaboration between Dura Vermeer, CyberSphinx, and Omada. Throughout the implementation, Omada acted in a consultancy and best-practice advisory role, continuously helping validate architectural choices, governance alignment, and implementation quality.

The session will provide practical insights into:

  • conducting strategic IAM groundwork before implementation;
  • accelerating value delivery through a phased approach;
  • balancing speed with governance and quality;
  • the importance of collaboration between customer, partner, and vendor;
  • and how modern identity governance creates a scalable foundation for future digitalization and AI initiatives.

Speaker: Danny Bolung, Founder, CyberSphinx

14:15-14:45 | Partner Session: Praktigal Identity Strategies: from MVP to IGA Roadmap (Praktiga)

This session will explore the implementation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for identity governance at District09, highlighting key learnings, challenges, and early outcomes. The presentation will provide practical insights into how organizations can take the first steps toward a scalable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) roadmap.

Speaker: Yavuz Gürcan, Co-Founder | Solution Architect, Praktiga

Track 3

13:15-13:45 | Inside the Roadmap: What Omada Is Building Next and Why

Join this session for a detailed look at what Omada is building and why. We will go deep on the three themes driving our roadmap: governing with intelligence, connecting the ecosystem, and delivering trust at scale. Expect specifics on what is coming, when it arrives, and what it means for your organization. This session builds on the vision shared earlier today and is where you get into the details.

Presented by Anna Nordström, Director of Product Management, Omada

13:45-14:15 | Beyond the Roadmap: A Preview of Omada’s Next AI Capabilities

Join this session for a close look at the AI capabilities coming to Omada. We will preview three areas: AI-driven system onboarding, analytics surfaced directly through Javi, and Javi-as-a-Service. See what these features look like, understand what they make possible, and get a clear sense of when they arrive. This session is for anyone who wants to go beyond the roadmap themes and see what is actually being built.

Presented by Craig Ramsay, Senior Field Strategist, Omada

14:15-14:45 | Innovation in Action: Exploring What Omada Could Build Next

Join this inspirational session for an early look at the ideas, experiments, and prototypes shaping Omada’s possible future. Presented by the Field Strategy team, this session will showcase concepts under exploration, highlight the customer challenges they could help solve, and invite attendees to think beyond today’s roadmap. This is where we open the door to what might come next and share how innovation is being translated into potential product opportunities.

Presented by Mads Peitersen, Director, Field Strategist, Omada

Main Stage

14:45-15:15 | Coffee Break and Networking

A chance to recharge, continue conversations from the morning, and connect with the wider community.

15:15-15:35 | Thales: Your front door. Your rules. Hopefully.

You are in control on how every employee, partner, and customer walks into your digital world. Yet as sovereignty pressures mount and geopolitical fault lines widen, a growing number of organisations are quietly realising they may have handed the keys of your front door to someone else.

Business continuity depends on access. Access depends on identity. And identity, increasingly, depends on architectural choices made under conditions that are shifting faster than most IAM roadmaps.

Dennis van Beers cuts through the noise — and the fine print — to show what sovereign IAM actually looks like in practice, and how to get there before the locks are changed for you.

Speaker: Denis van Beers, Regional Director Europe North, Central & Eastern Europe - IAM, Thales

15:35-16:05 | Elimity: Better Together: How IVIP Complements IGA

IGA platforms like Omada have transformed how organisations manage identity lifecycles. Provisioning is automated, access requests are structured, and governance workflows are in place.

But many organisations still struggle to answer a simple question: Who has access to what?

Identity Visibility & Intelligence Platforms (IVIP) are a new component in IAM, specifically created to provide visibility into who has access to what, right now, across every system.

In this session, we explore how IVIP platforms complement IGA and further augment existing IGA deployments by providing a unified, cross-system view of access across SaaS, cloud, and disconnected applications.

Discover how organisations combine IVIP and IGA to move from structured governance to continuous, data-driven identity control.

Speaker: Christian Bartels, Head of Sales, Elimity

16:05-16:20 | Expert Panel: The Future of Identity Security

The focus of this panel discussion will be on how the IGA landscape is evolving, where organizations are still struggling, and how different capabilities — from implementation expertise to access management, identity assurance, visibility, and intelligence — can work together.

Expert panel featuring:
Christian Bartels, Head of Sales, Elimity
Dennis van Beers, Regional Director Europe North, Central & Eastern Europe – IAM, Thales
Jonathan Gheysens, Managing Partner, IdentIT
Moderator: Craig Ramsay, Senior Field Strategist, Omada

16:20-16:30 | Wrap-up & Key Takeaways

The closing session, recapping the main takeaways of the day.

Presented by Jakob H. Kraglund, CEO, Omada.

16:30 - Late | Standing Networking Dinner with DJ
