By registering for the Omada Roadshow 2026 organised by Omada A/S ("Omada"), you agree to the following terms:
All registrations are subject to approval by Omada. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion. Registrations from manufacturers, distributors, integrators, or competitors may be declined. Attendance is limited to two (2) representatives per organisation; additional attendees require separate approval.
By registering, you consent to Omada sending you communications related to the event, including logistical updates, agenda information, and follow-up materials. This consent is necessary for event administration.
If you have given your optional consent, Omada may share your registration details (name, organisation, email address, and job title) with the Gold and Technology sponsors for the event you are attending. These sponsors may contact you with information relevant to the roadshow topics.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and recordings may be used by Omada for marketing and promotional purposes.
Omada reserves the right to modify the event programme, venue, or date. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' in any email or by contacting Omada directly at contract@omadaidentity.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
